1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the 55g Casino website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 55g Casino Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from 55g Casino or any affiliated platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 55g Casino and its affiliated entities; (d) persons in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 55g Casino Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. 55g Casino reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55g Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 55g Casino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 55g Casino operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.5 Non-Transferability. Your 55g Casino account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 55g Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. 55g Casino reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed on a 24/7 basis. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any applicable KYC verification. 55g Casino is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the 55g Casino Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. 55g Casino does not accept deposits made via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 55g Casino reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered email address.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 55g Casino may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be published alongside each promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 55g Casino reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting a technical error.

5.4 55g Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights already accrued by a player in good faith will be honoured.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the 55g Casino Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The outcome of each game is determined solely by the RNG and is not influenced by 55g Casino or any third party.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 55g Casino reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. No winnings generated as a result of a technical error will be paid out.

6.3 Disconnection Policy. If a player is disconnected during a game round, the game will continue to its conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. 55g Casino is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's internet disconnection.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 55g Casino reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account at its discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55g Casino Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with any 55g Casino employee;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing legitimate deposits after using the associated funds;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55g Casino staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 55g Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harm associated with problem gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

8.2 Available Tools. Registered players may access the following responsible gaming tools at any time through their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not receive any marketing communications from 55g Casino.

9. Intellectual Property

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 55g Casino.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The 55g Casino Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55g Casino disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 55g Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 55g Casino has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 55g Casino's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy

11.1 55g Casino collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 55g Casino implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and 55g Casino cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Termination

12.1 By You. You may close your 55g Casino account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12.2 By 55g Casino. 55g Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; or (d) you have provided false information during registration.

12.3 Upon termination for cause, 55g Casino reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Legitimate deposits and winnings derived from fair play will be returned subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 55g Casino's support team to seek an informal resolution. 55g Casino will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.4 55g Casino operates within the Philippine gaming regulatory framework overseen by PAGCOR. Regulatory complaints may be directed to the relevant PAGCOR authority.
